Returning unwanted items

You have the right to cancel at any time, from the moment you place your online or telephone order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

You need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period – for example, by email or a telephone call.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us, the retailer, of your cancellation, to return the goods.

You must cover the cost for returning unwanted goods. We recommend that you obtain a ‘proof of postage’ to show that you have returned the goods within the cancellation period.

We will then reimburse you with all payments received from you for the original order, including the cost of delivery to you, within 14 of us receiving back the goods supplied.

Returning faulty items

If you have received a faulty item or items please notify us, for example by telephone call or email, and return any items to us – with proof of purchase – within 30 days of receiving the goods, in order to receive a full refund.

We may ask for you to pay the postage costs for any returned goods, but you will be refunded in full for the postage of any goods found to be faulty.

If you are outside the 30-day ‘right to reject’ we will repair or replace any goods which are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described within a 12 month period or manufacturers warranty period (whichever is the greater)and proof of purchase.

Delivery

Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods, to agree that they are received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your parcel at the point of delivery then please sign for it as “UNCHECKED”. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you wish to make thereafter.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing – for example, by email – of the problem within 14 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
