Conceived by gemmologist Kerry Gregory and perfected and hand made in the UK by scientific glassmaker Sean Taylor , this dual ended conoscope has a long reach which makes it ideal for loose and set gemstones. It features one large end which can be used to see interference figures in loose gems and one small end which is perfect for getting behind jewellery settings. Made of glass, it has beads on the handle so it doesn't roll off the desk and comes enclosed in a sturdy case.
