The OPL Diffraction Grating Spectroscope is a larger version of the pocket model, ideal for beginners and teaching. Used to test transparent coloured gem materials by observing their absorption spectra, this diffraction spectroscope comes with a larger eyepiece to allow for easier observation. Supplied with a rotating stand this spectroscope is ideal for demonstrating spectroscopy and enables hands-free testing of stones. Please note: This item requires incandescent light.
